 This is the classic long-reach watering can for the gardener who wants the best. Made by the time-honored methods that have made Haws famous, the cans are produced from heavy gauge steel and have a galvanized
zinc coating to resist rust - A further powder coat
finish is applied to provide an attractive alternative to
the natural galvanized version.

There are 3 sizes, 3 quarts, 1 and 2 gallon. Oval all
brass rose model 320-2/3 is provided with each can but
other optional accessories are also available separately.
The 3 quart version, which is designed for use in conservatories,
greenhouses and on patios, has a somewhat shorter spout
than the larger sizes - but a separate curved and tapered extension
spout is provided along with a 'baby' all brass rose (model
300) which fits on the end of the extension.

The 'Traditional' Range |
 Often called the 'Peter
Rabbit', the 'Traditional' design has been produced in various
forms for generations. Haws now offers a wide choice of
cans in the 'Traditional' style. Made of heavy gauge steel coated with zinc
for rust resistance they are available in either natural
galvanized finish or with an additional powder paint
coating. The can is designed with both a top and back
handle to make watering easier and the domed lid prevents
water spilling out when the can is tipped for spraying.

 All 'Traditional' watering cans are provided with a brass faced screw on
rose, with the exception of model 195/2 which is supplied with a rubber
backed brass faced rose. Whilst the brass rose looks more attractive
some customers prefer the rubber rose because it can be taken on and off
more easily and the perforated brass spray plate can be readily removed
for cleaning. Whilst the 'Traditional' can is suitable for general
watering, including the spraying of well advanced seedlings, it does not
have as long a spout or as fine a rose as the 'Professional' range, and
is not therefore the best can for watering seeds and tiny seedlings. |

The European market has always favored oval shape watering cans with a single handle running front to back. Haws, are now offering this style of watering can as an alternative to the traditional British two handled can. Made from heavy gauge steel with a 'hot-dip'
galvanized zinc coating resisting rust. A further powder coat finish is applied to provide an alternative British Racing Green finish to the natural
galvanized version.

| Haws Outdoor Plastic Watering Cans |
Designed similarly to the 'Professional' metal range, Haws
heavy duty plastic cans ardfrom extremely hard wearing material
with high impact strength. They are built for extensive use over a
number of years. The cans are light in weight, perfectly balanced.
The 'Deluxe' range in terracotta red has brass ferrules,
supplied with an all brass oval rose (model no: 320-2/3) and plastic
downspout. In addition the 1 gallon version is supplied with a
removable extension spout making this a particularly suitable can when a
combination of watering at both bench height and floor level is
required.
Whilst not quite as heavy duty as the 169 and 170 models, Haws polyethylene plastic cans feature exactly the same design advantages as the more expensive models and have the additional advantage of providing parking points for the oval brass faced rose and right-angle downspout attachments. There are three sizes/models of cans available: Model no. 450 (2.25 liter) is available in a choice of three colors, British Racing Green, Silver and Red.
  Model no.660 'Practican' (6 liter) is a general purpose garden can available in British Racing Green. Model no. 850 'Longreach' can (5 liter) has a longer spout following the Haws tradition.
