Vegetable Casserole 

  • 1 can white shoe peg corn, drained

  • cup chopped onions

  • cup chopped green pepper

  • cup sour cream

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 can French to taste

  • cup chopped celery

  • 1 cup grated sharp cheese

  • 1 can cream of celery soup 

Mix together, place in casserole and tip with the following: 

Crumble box, Ritz crackers, Mix sticks oleo or butter and top with cup slivered almonds. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees serves 10 to 12 minutes.
