Southern Skillet Barbecue Pork
salad dressing, BBQ sauce, and chili powder in shallow dish.
Add pork (trimmed of all fat); turn to coat chops. Cover;
marinate 30 minutes to overnight in refrigerator. Heat
non-stick skillet over medium high heat until hot. Drain pork,
reserving marinade. Brown both sides of pork in skillet; add
reserved marinade. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to
low; simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
