Cream 2 sticks
margarine & 1 1/2 cups sugar until light & fluffy. Add food
coloring, vanilla, & egg yolks. Sift flour, chocolate, salt,
& soda together 3 times. Add to sugar mixture alternately
with buttermilk & vinegar. Fold in stiffly beaten egg
whites. Pour into 3 cake pans. Bake at 350° for
approximately 25 minutes.
tbs. flour & 1 cup milk. Cook to Pudding stage. Beat until
creamy & set aside to cool. Cream 2 sticks margarine, 1 cup
sugar, & 1 tsp. vanilla. Add cooled flour mixture. Spread
between layers & top & sides of cake.
