Pecan Pie

  • 1 TSP. Vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup white Karo syrup
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • cup milk
  • 5 TBSP. Butter or Margarine
  • 3 eggs

Mix all ingredients together and pour into uncooked pie crust and bake until firm. Cook 50 to 60 minutes at 325 degrees. (Mix pie by hand instead of using electric mixer.)
