Peas-n-Dumplings 

  • 1 cups ham broth

  • 2 ounces McLib’s Southern Dumplings

  • 1 tablespoon sauce-and-gravy flour

  • 10 ounces tiny garden peas, fresh or frozen 

Bring ham broth to a boil and stir in broken pieces of dumplings. Stir in sauce-and-gravy flour. Cook uncovered, 5 minutes over medium-low heat. Add peas; bring back to a boil and cook an additional 2 minutes.

Yield: 6 servings
