Corn Pudding

  • 1 stick butter or margarine

  • 1-cup sour cream

  • 1 (16-ounce) can cream style corn

  • 1 (16-ounce) can whole kernel corn, not drained

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 

Melt butter or margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Let butter cool a little, the stir in sour cream, mixing well. Stir in other ingredients, mixing in the corn miffing mix last. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden brown. Note: I use a glass pan for this recipe, but a metal pan is fine.
