and Rice Casserole
½ cup rice
package dry onion soup mix
pieces of chicken
can cream of mushroom soup
tap sage of poultry seasoning
¾ cup of water
pan. Put water and rice and stir and spread evenly. Sprinkle
sage and soup mix and stir well. Dip chicken in melted butter
and place over mixture. Mix soup with 1 cup of water and pour
over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1½ hours.
