Ham with Glaze of Dijon Mustard, Brown Sugar and Grand Marnier 

  • 1 cup Dijon mustard

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1TBS + 1 TSP Grand Marnier

  • Few good grinds white pepper

  • 1 (8-ounce) cooked ham, bone in 

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix mustard, sugar, Grand Marnier and white pepper together with rubber spatula until well blended. Place ham in shallow roasting pan, spread mixture over; bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and browned. Serve with cranberry, raspberry relish. 

Yield: 16 to 25 servings.
